Exclusive Interview
Bio:  Hello, my name is Seth.  I am an artist from the Greater Lansing Area in Michigan.  I have always loved music as far back as I can remember.  I started playing the drums to Heavy Metal music then switched into Electronic music when I got my first Drum Machine.  I like to listen and make different kinds of music from Electronic Club music to Rap.  I was in a Rap Group during High School and used to Dj school dances.  During my college years, I spent a lot of time learning computer recording at Lansing Sound, which was Bob Baldori’s Studio who played for Chuck Berry often.  I was able to build my own studio and have completed two projects called The Streets Are So Cold – Album – and the They Play EP.  I am currently having fun Promoting both projects!  Professional Credits: The Song – Free – by Indio – Released by John Beltran and Derrick May for Transmat Records. I have also produced the song Go Hard by Northern Dope/Ahmad da God – released by DJ Smallz Southern Smoke Series.
Who are your top 5 influences? As a kid, I loved and played the drums to Kiss.  Then, I heard Reckless from Ice-T and I was amazed by the sound of the beat and music.  I fell in love with Rap then and loved Run D.M.C. and LLCoolJ.  I also love 80’s music.  Depeche Mode is one of my favorites for their melodies and beats.
When are your new projects coming out? I just finished a new EP called They Play.  It is available for streaming now at , and I hope to have it in Digital Stores soon!
What helped you get into music?  My Mother used to love music and sing so she really got me started listening to different kinds of music.  My Dad was very supportive of my desire to make music and helped buy a lot of the equipment needed over the years.  Music has always been a way to deal with my feelings and have fun, so that is the main force behind me wanting to create it.  It is all the great music that others have created also that has always inspired me to want to create music.
What is one thing you would tell your fans?  I would tell them that I’m very thankful that they have listened to the music and liked it and want to be my fan!
What are your biggest goals for 2019?  My biggest goals for 2019 are to get the They Play EP in Digital Stores and get some Hard Copies pressed up.  Then I want to work on building a Fan base for my two projects – The Streets Are So Cold – Album and the They Play EP.  I mostly just want to have fun listening and trying to get listeners for my music. I hope people will check it out! thanks! – Seth
