Cudlino

Exclusive Interview

What inspires you the most when you create? My experiences and the experiences of people around me. Also family, friends, fans, supporters, books, concerts, movies, t.v. shows, favorite songs and artists, as well as current events inspire me the most when creating music. I try to look for inspiration in everything.

Who are your top 5 influences? In no particular order it would have to be Ice Cube, E-40, LL Cool J, Ludacris, and Chris Brown.

When are your new projects coming out? I’m currently working on promo and the last few songs for my upcoming album called Written In The Stars (W.I.T.S.) that is expected to be released around June of this year. I’m also working on creating the storylines for a few music videos, as well as working on the plans and booking for my next tour.

What helped you get into music? Staying dedicated to writing lyrics and being in choir the majority of my youth is what eventually steered me towards a music career. Then later on being friends with fellow artists and having a mentor helped guide me in the right directions when it came down to music business, recording, branding, networking, live performances, promo, and marketing.

What is one thing you would tell your fans? I truly appreciate each and every one of them. Their support, comments, and interactions help inspire and motivate me to continue creating music.

What are your biggest goals for 2019? To release my Written In The Stars (W.I.T.S) album, create and release new music videos, increase the reach of my music, create new merchandise, and have a successful tour.
