Top 5 Influences? My top 5 influences are G-Eazy, Kendrick Lamar, J-Cole, My brothers Cj and Ben Long Crow, and finally my mother Lorenda. I picked G-Eazy because I like how he’s got this throwback from the 50s thing going on and his lyrics are always on point about the subject he’s talking about. I picked Kendrick Lamar because he knows how it is coming from a bad neighborhood. Where I’m from, meth and alcohol are the main problems. That and suicide. I picked J-Cole because he’s an amazing rapper. His lyrics are so real and astonishing. He honestly runs the game of hip hop (that’s my opinion though). I picked my brothers because they’ve been through hell and back with me. Thick and thin. They taught me respect and to stick up for myself and others when other people don’t. And finally,I picked my mother because she’s a strong beautiful woman. She raised me to keep going and never quit. She might have her ups and downs but regardless of what she’s done she’s always going to be my mom and I’ll lover her unconditionally.
New Projects? Honesty I’ve never did any projects yet. Just some writing with a beat. I don’t have much equipment. Just a Bluetooth speaker, a laptop, and my phone. I try as best as I can to make it sound high quality.
What got you into music? At 15 years old I became severely depressed. I kept thinking to myself “what is one thing that I can do to keep my mind off of this depression and sadness?” And right than and there I got it. I bought a journal and started writing away. My stories became words that started rhyming and I stuck to it
Anything to tell your fans? One thing I would say to my fans, don’t give up on your dreams. As Will Smith said “You have a dream, you gotta protect it.” That quote kept me going through the hard times
Biggest Goals? My biggest goals for 2018 is to be a better person than I was in the past. To make my dreams come true
